The Carolina Florida College Booster Club is pleased to host the 12^th annual

FC Carolina Mountain Camp 2008

June 29th – July 4th

^{The camp is located at Camp Courtney in Hendersonville, North Carolina.}

^{Camper Eligibility: Grades 4th-12th (grade completed as of camp time).}

^{Capacity: Limited to first 200 registered campers – so send in form now!}

^{Cost: $270 if paid before March 15th; $280 if paid before May 1st; $290 if paid after May 1st.  The deadline is June 1st.  So be sure to go ahead and send in the application even if you think the camp is already full.  This cost also includes a T-shirt and each family will receive a camp video.  White Water Rafting is optional for those 13 years and older.  It is an additional $45 per camper.  The Sliding Rock and White Water Rafting trips are both scheduled for the same day.  So you will need to choose which one you want to participate in.  Campers can bring extra money for the snack shack.  We will have a snack shack bank account so you will not have to keep up with your money during the week.}

^{MOST IMPORTANTLY, BRING A HEART WILLING TO SERVE GOD.}

^{Registration:      Sunday June29th 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.}

^{Camp Closes:    Friday July 4th 1:00 p.m.}

^{Transportation to and from camp is up to the parents.}

^{Conduct:  It is our goal to create an atmosphere of high values and love for Christ for the finest young people in the world.  We expect godly behavior from each of our campers.  Campers are expected to follow the rules of the Camp and respect the counselor’s instructions.  No use of tobacco, alcohol, un-prescribed drugs, possession of weapons or ammo or use of is permitted (including knives).  All water activities will be conducted in modest clothing.  Proper relationship between boys and girls is to be maintained at all times.  Parents will be requires to come get their campers who do not comply with these rules.}

^{Dress:  Campers must wear modest clothing.  There will be NO tank tops or tops where the stomach shows.  If you chose to bring shorts, they must be knee length.  Two pair of shoes will be needed so one can primarily get wet.}

^{Spiritual Emphasis:  There will be strong emphasis on our relationship with God.  Bible classes and devotionals, with singing, are held daily.  Attendance to these each morning is mandatory and no one will be allowed to sleep in.}

^{Activities:  Praise and Worship times, Paint Ball. Olympic-size swimming pool (with separate swimming times each day for boys and girls), basketball, large multi-purpose activities center, ping-pong, Ultimate Frisbee football, crafts, Sliding Rock, horseshoes, talent shows, White Water trip for teens (optional), and many other activities.}

^{Applications:  The Application/Registration Form and the Medical Release Form should be mailed with the full amount as soon as possible to F.C. Carolina Mountain Camp, 32027 Rowland Road, Albemarle, NC 28001.  If the camp fills up before you get your application sent in, your application and check will be held pending & waiting for someone to cancel.  If room is not achieved, your fees will be refunded after the final list of campers has been accepted.  If you wish to cancel, all fees are refundable only if we are notified before May 1st.  From May 1st through June 1st, all fees except $75 are refundable.  We must make a commitment to pay Camp Courtney, so please understand.  DON’T FORGET!  CAMP FILLS UP QUICKLY, SEND IN APPLICATION NOW AND CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 1ST.}
